What people ask us before committing.

Does WayGreen replace our meters, sensors and ERP?

No. WayGreen reads those sources and leaves them where they are: metering, SCADA, laboratory, waste management and billing stay the system of record. What we add on top is normalization, accounting and the evidence trail. Where no measurement exists, that gap is made explicit rather than quietly filled with an estimate.

Can the data stay on our own infrastructure?

Yes — and it is the only way WayGreen is installed: on-premise, on your infrastructure. There is no cloud edition managed by us; measurement and process data never leave your perimeter.

Does this guarantee our CSRD compliance?

It guarantees the part that depends on data: the environmental indicators behind the ESRS requirements, with method, boundary and provenance documented. Formal compliance also involves your materiality assessment, the social and governance topics, and the judgement of your auditor or assurance provider — work we do alongside your team and, where there is one, your consultant.

How do you handle Scope 3?

By being explicit about where each figure comes from. Where supplier or activity data exists, we use it; where it does not, we use spend-based or sector-average methods and label them as such. Every category carries the method and factor applied, so the quality of the number is visible to whoever reads it.

How long until we have a baseline?

Source assessment and boundary setting typically take the first weeks. A first closed reference period, with the priority sources already collecting automatically, is a realistic goal within the first quarter of the project — the full scope grows domain by domain.

What if we need an indicator or factor the product does not have?

Waymotion is an engineering team, not just a licence vendor. Custom indicators, local factors and specific integrations are project scope, assessed and quoted transparently.

We hold ourselves to the same standard. This website’s footprint is measured continuously and the method is published, assumptions included — it is not a statement, it is a measurement anyone can repeat.
