Standards we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA — the internationally recognised benchmark, aligned with EU Directive 2016/2102 and Portuguese Decree-Law No. 83/2018 on the accessibility of websites.

Measures we have taken

• Semantic structure (headings, landmarks, and regions) that works with screen readers.
• Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus indicators.
• Adequate colour contrast and a dark mode.
• Alternative text on meaningful images.
• Respect for the “reduced motion” preference (prefers-reduced-motion) — animations are disabled when the system requests it.
• Bilingual content (Portuguese and English), with the language declared on every page.

Conformance status
