No. WaySDG reads and links to what already exists: the budget is still executed in the financial system and documents stay in the document management system. What the platform adds is the connection between the budget line, the project that spends it and the indicator it moves — the chain nobody can show in one place today.
Yes. WaySDG is available both ways: installed on-premise, on your infrastructure, or on cloud we manage. The choice follows your security and governance requirements. Across the other products the model varies — WayGIS is on-premise only, WayIntegrity cloud only.
It guarantees the part that depends on data: evidence consolidated from your live initiatives and indicators, structured by SDG chapter and ready for review. The political content, the narrative and the final validation belong to the municipality — as they should. The platform shortens the gathering work; it does not take authorship of the report.
The first weeks go into parameterization: which indicators, which strategic axes, which link to the budget in force. A first set of indicators being tracked in the platform is a realistic goal within the first quarter of the project. The public channels and the VLR come afterwards, once the underlying data is stable — the full scope grows in phases.
Waymotion is an engineering team, not just a licence vendor. Custom indicators, new data sources and municipality-specific calculations are project scope, assessed and quoted transparently. The indicator model was built to be extended, not to be accepted as it stands.
Indicators from official sources come in from INE through integration, with no manual uploads. Your own indicators — the ones that only exist in your systems or processes — come in through Excel/CSV or through an integration assessed case by case, and Eurostat is under evaluation. No municipality starts fully automated: the initial parameterization decides what is connected immediately and what waits.
