How we measure
- Automated weekly audit of every indexable page, using the Sustainable Web Design Model v4 (CO₂.js, The Green Web Foundation).
- We count the bytes actually transferred, against production.
- The scenario is the strictest one: a brand-new visitor with an empty cache — the true first-visit cost.
How we keep it light

- Pages are generated at build time — no database, no per-visit processing.

- Responsive AVIF, sized to the screen that requests it.
- Self-hosted fonts
- Served from our own domain as variable WOFF2 — no third-party requests.
