This Privacy Policy explains how Waymotion processes the personal data collected through the www.waymotion.com website and in the course of its relationship with clients and partners, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese Law No. 58/2019 of 8 August.

The data controller is Waymotion, Lda, NIPC 513229248, with registered office at Pólo Tecnológico de Lisboa, Rua António Champalimaud, Lote 1, 1600-514 Lisboa, Portugal. For any privacy question, contact privacy@waymotion.com.

What data we collect

  • Data you provide — when you use the contact form or write to us: name, email, and the content of your message.
  • Usage data — only with your consent, we collect aggregated usage statistics through Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy). Without consent, no analytics cookies are set.

We do not collect special categories of data, nor do we carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above or for the periods required by law. Business contacts are kept while the relationship is active and, thereafter, for the applicable limitation period.

Processors and transfers

We use providers that process data on our behalf (for example, hosting and, when enabled, Google Analytics). Whenever a transfer outside the European Economic Area occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and withdraw any consent given, by contacting privacy@waymotion.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD)www.cnpd.pt.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, within our Information Security Management System.
